HOW TO ORDER

Due to the custom nature of our products we love to speak to our customers directly to ensure we design something unique to you.

This website is purely a catalogue of our edited range - you will not be able to check out via the website.For all your enquires or to place an order please use the 'contact us' feature or message us directly via facebook or instagram (preferred method).

Once you have decided what edited items you would like to purchase, we will generate an invoice and send this to your preferred email. Once a 50% deposit or full payment has been received, we will provide you with a design proof of your items to approve. We include up to two design alterations in the pricing of our edited items - any further amendments or alterations will incur a $5 fee.

POSTAGE & HANDLING

Once your order is received we will be in touch to provide a finalised invoice that includes the shipping cost.

Shipping will be determined based on the weight and size of your total order.

Our postage carrier is Australia Post. ACFG Edited will set up tracking notifications using the email you provide to keep you up to date on when your items will arrive.

Postage times will vary depending on location.

Express post available on request.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Just because you don't see it on our website, doesn't mean it isn't something we are able to create for you.
If you have a particular item or design in mind, please get in touch via the 'contact us" page. We love to create new items and would be more than happy to work with you to edit something unique.

EDITING TIME FRAMES

Each item is unique and the turnover time will depend on the complexity of the design and the scale of editing required.

We will keep in contact with our customers throughout the entire design and editing stages.

Estimated timelines will be provided as soon as possible.

We will always try to work with our customers to edit our items within a certain time frame should they be required by a certain date or for a particular occasion.
