Due to the personalised nature of our edited items we unfortunately do not accept any returns or offer refunds.

To mitigate any potential disappointment with your order, we will put together a design proof for you to look over and approve before any items are finalised. It is at this stage that we can make any changes or correct any other concerns you may have. Once the design proof is approved it is not possible to make any alterations to your order.

If your product arrives to you damaged or faulty please contact us as soon as possible and we will strive to rectify this issue as efficiently as possible.
